PorterSafe Safety Management ("PorterSafe") is the official safety management platform for Porter Roofing Contractors, Inc. ("Porter Roofing," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared when employees, subcontractors, administrators, and other authorized users access PorterSafe.

PorterSafe is intended primarily for Porter Roofing business operations and workplace safety administration.

We do not use PorterSafe information for third-party advertising or cross-app advertising tracking.

PorterSafe may collect workplace injury, illness, treatment, restriction, and return-to-work information when users submit incident reports or investigations.

This information is used for workplace safety administration, incident management, workers' compensation coordination, regulatory compliance, and related business purposes.

PorterSafe is not intended to provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

How Information Is Shared

Information may be shared with:

  • Authorized Porter Roofing personnel
  • Porter Roofing management and safety personnel
  • Service providers that host, maintain, support, or process information for PorterSafe

Information submitted through public forms may still be collected and retained as Porter Roofing business and safety records.

User Request

Authorized users may contact Porter Roofing to request:

  • Correction of inaccurate account information
  • Deletion of an account, where permitted
  • Information regarding how their data is handled

Certain workplace safety records, incident records, training records, and other business records may be retained as required by law, contract, insurance obligations, or legitimate business purposes.

Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their PorterSafe account through the account deletion functionality provided within the application or by contacting Porter Roofing.

Deleting an account does not necessarily remove workplace safety records, incident records, training records, or other business records that Porter Roofing is required or permitted to retain.

Use by Minors

PorterSafe is intended for workplace and business use and is not directed to children under 13 years of age.

PorterSafe does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through consumer-facing services.

Data Processing Location

PorterSafe is primarily intended for use in connection with Porter Roofing operations within the United States.

Information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where Porter Roofing's authorized service providers operate.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to PorterSafe, applicable laws, or our business practices.

Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
